Wayne Fricke received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1986.  Since that time he has been in private practice with the Law Offices of Monte E. Hester in Tacoma.  Mr. Fricke’s emphasis is criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury.  He has represented clients in various courts throughout Washington and Alaska, as well as federal courts in California and Montana.  He has defended numerous clients in high-profile cases involving white-collar crime, environmental law and aggravated murder charges.

In June of 2006 Wayne became a principal of The Law Offices of Monte E. Hester, Inc., P.S., and in November, 2008, the name of the firm was changed to Hester Law Group, Inc. P.S.
