Will I go to jail if I’m convicted of DUI?
The maximum penalty for a DUI conviction is 364 days in jail and a $5,000.00 fine. However, if your case is properly litigated, it is very likely we can find a resolution that works for you.

How much does a DUI lawyer cost?
Every case is different. We offer a free consultation and will gladly give you a quote after getting to know you a little bit and letting you know what services we can offer.

When is my court date?
Once we sit down and talk about your case, we will be able to look your case up and tell you when and where your next court date will be.

Will I lose my license?
When you’re arrested for DUI a copy of the officer’s report is sent to both the criminal court and the Department of Licensing. Both of those agencies have the authority to suspend your license. You need a lawyer who knows how to navigate both the criminal justice system and the DOL so as to save your right to drive.

What is BAC?
BAC stands for Blood Alcohol Concentration. It means how much alcohol was in your system at the time of arrest. If the amount is greater than .08 you will be arrested.

What happens if I lose my license but continue to drive?
If you are caught by police driving with a suspended license you will be arrested and charged with a crime. It is not a risk worth taking!
