Since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 1997, Lance Hester has been employed at the Law Offices of Monte Hester, Inc., P.S. where he has maintained a trial practice, including plaintiffs' personal injury work and criminal defense. He is currently admitted to practice law in Washington and Idaho, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. He has experience in the courts of Pierce, King, Kitsap, Jefferson, Thurston, Snohomish, Benton, Yakima, Mason and Lewis Counties as well as both Divisions I and II of the Court of Appeals and Seattle and Tacoma Federal Court. His practice includes a full range of appellate work, both civil and criminal.

In June of 2006 Lance became a principal of The Law Offices of Monte E. Hester, Inc., P.S., and in November, 2008, the name of the firm was changed to Hester Law Group, Inc., P.S.
